| The Accomodation |
| Jacaranda Holiday Home is built in African
style with a thatched roof in a private garden of 700m2.
The total surface of the ground floor (incl. veranda)
is approx. 187m2 with an additional 60m2 in the loft
area. |

| To get to the house by car,
you will use a private entrance with a remote controlled
gate. Covered parking space is available for 2 cars at
the back of the house. |

bathroom (bath, separate shower and toilet)
- Each bedroom has it’s own terrace with an outside shower |

A third bathroom (shower and toilet) for the visitors
sleeping in the loft area |

Loft Area
Above the main bedrooms and the adjacent bathrooms,
a loft area of approx. 60m2 is available, which you
can reach via a staircase in the living room. |

with side tables, a mirror and hairdryer |

The living room has 2 large sofa’s, various chairs,
a table, satelite TV and a DVD player |

Semi-open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cooker,
oven, large fridge/ freezer, microwave and toaster |

Telephone- and Internet connection |

Airconditioning throughout the house and additional
fans in the living room and veranda |

The veranda has a dining table and chairs (can be
placed inside) and a large number of deckchairs to relax
and enjoy the view |

Sunbeds for the terraces next to the bedrooms |

2 single beds with side tables are available in
the loft area as well as a Satelite TV and DVD player
(additional beds will be provided if necessary) |

Normal household equipment (glasses, cups, plates,
cutlery, pots and pans) is standard available for 6 persons.
If needed for more people, this will be adjusted. |
